Welcome to Positive Paranormal, the app and website where spiritual survival meets haunted adventure. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you’re uncomfortable reading legal stuff or are currently haunted, grab salt and continue anyway.

👻 1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use Positive Paranormal for lawful, respectful, and paranormal-appropriate purposes. That means no fake ghost reports, hexing other users, or summoning things you can’t put back.

We provide tools, maps, and content for entertainment, education, and spiritual exploration—not for trespassing, vandalism, or unauthorized rituals on government property (don’t ask us how we know).

🕯️ 2. User Accounts & Submissions

If you create an account, you’re responsible for what you do with it—especially if you file haunted object reports or join our spiritual map. Don’t impersonate others. Don’t upload cursed files without warning.

We may remove content, disable accounts, or cleanse the vibe without notice if things get legally weird or spiritually unsafe.

All content—artwork, tools, guides, sigils, lore, forms, rituals—are copyrighted and spiritually sealed by Positive Paranormal unless stated otherwise.

Don’t resell, redistribute, or copy without written permission. Seriously. Some of these items are spiritually bound. You’ve been warned.

🧿 4. Payments, Boxes, and Subscriptions

Mystery boxes, haunted object sales, and paid upgrades are real, tangible (and sometimes cursed). All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Use spiritual caution when unboxing.

If you subscribe to something, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

⚰️ 5. Liability (The Boring But Important Stuff)

We are not liable for:

Spiritual activity or haunting that may occur due to using our maps, tools, or objects
Emotional, physical, or metaphysical reactions from rituals or content
Paranormal investigations that go sideways
Legal trouble from investigating private or restricted property
Anything summoned, banished, possessed, or misunderstood

Use our app responsibly, and don’t attempt rituals or investigations you don’t understand.

🔒 6. Privacy & Data

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and protect your data. Spoiler: we don’t sell it, share it recklessly, or feed it to any shadow entities.

💀 7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time, especially if you:

Abuse our platform
Endanger other users
Upload fake cursed objects
Summon something that gets loose

🧬 8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms anytime. If the update is major (like if we open a ghost portal marketplace), we’ll give you a heads-up.
